Logomatic Mono-Si Diamond Wire Squarer With Higher Productivity
Logomatic GmbH, known as a diamond wire PV front–end cutting machine maker, presents a new multiple task machine: LQS 4/9/16. Mono Ingots in numbers of 4,9 or 16 pieces and up to 500 mm height can be pseudo-squared, 2.6 times faster than the conventional methods. The excellent cutting quality and the low CoO are its most remarkable factors.
This diamond cutter can be used by very little modifications, also for squaring or cropping multi-crystalline ingots. All only with 2,000 litres of city water with an additive D1 or D2. Thus no slurry is necessary and no slurry management at all neither, of course. Logomatic´s squarer is good for 5x16 cuts per day which equals upto 80 cuts. Soon a model with 25 pieces to be cut in one run is available, too.
